ITINERARY AT A GLANCE 16 days
Day 1 NairobiArrival Nairobi, meet and greet by Vintage Africa, transfer to Nairobi's leading hotel, the Serena. BB Day 2 - 3 Amboseli NPEarly morning fly to Amboseli National Park's Tortilis Camp, a fine luxury camp overlooking Mt. Kilimanjaro. Game drives conducted by Tortilis Camp. Optional walks with the Masai. FB
Day 4 - 5 Shaba NREarly morning fly to Joys camp situated at Joy Adamson's original campsite in Shaba National Reserve, the place where she released her famous leopard "Penny", these luxury tents are set on raised platforms with breathtaking views of the surrounding hills of Bodich, Shaba Hill. Joy's Camp is the perfect choice for discerning guests interested in a glimpse of Kenyan history, as well as those looking for an authentic wildlife experience combined with the comfort of a luxury-tented camp. Day 6 - 8 Masai Mara NR
Day 9 - 11 Serengeti NPAfter a final game drive and breakfast, fly to Serengeti via Wilson and Kilimanjaro airports, arriving at the camp late afternoon. The delightful Kusini Camp lies in an exclusive game area in Southern Serengeti and offers one of the most rewarding wilderness encounters in the whole of Serengeti. Unlimited game drives are conducted by Vintage Africa in state-of-theart extended 4x4 vehicles. FB
Day 12 Ngorongoro CraterAfter breakfast, drive to Ngorongoro Crater, game-viewing en-route. Your 2-night stay is at the opulent Crater Lodge, right on the rim. We have 2 game drives planned for you. The first one takes place after early lunch. We descend onto the crater floor to observe the high-octane wildlife drama that can unfold in a game area with the highest density of wildlife anywhere. We return to a hot bath, warm fire and sherry at dusk. FB Day 13 Ngorongoro CraterEarly morning, we descend again onto the crater floor to capture the wildlife encounters in a different light. Later we return to the lodge for lunch. Afternoon you may enjoy optional extra activities.
Day 14 - 15 Tarangire NPAfter breakfast, we drive to the luxurious Swala Camp located in a remote part of Tarangire Park. Swala's waterhole and exclusivity and Tarangire's beauty and colours provide a grand finale to this marvellous safari program. FB
Day 16 NairobiAfter breakfast, drive to Kilimanjaro and fly to Nairobi where we have reserved a dayroom for you at the Serena. In the evening transfer to the airport for your homeward bound flight.

After breakfast, fly to the great Masai Mara Reserve, a wonderful wildlife haven renowned for high predator population and the incredible wildebeest migration. Mara Explorer Camp lies on the banks of the Talek River in central Mara with easy access to all parts of the game reserve. The camp's spacious tents can be opened on all sides, while open-air baths and viewing decks add to the intimate wilderness experience. Optional balloon safari or bush walks are available at extra cost. FB
