Botswana Safaris: Chobe Chilwero
Chobe National Park offers a great diversity of landscapes ~ from riverine forests to floodplains. Chobe Chilwero has 9 double and 6 twin luxury cottages, all of which are designed to blend in with the topography and natural vegetation of the surrounding area. The cottages measure 61sq meters and each has its own en-suite bathroom with a large sunken bath, indoor and outdoor showers, private garden, "sala", mosquito nets, ceiling fans and air-conditioning. The main public area includes an elegant lounge and dining room, which are linked to spectacular outdoor viewing decks. The well-stocked wine cellar is temperature controlled and houses a variety of wonderful South African and European wines. This splendid lodge also offers a swimming pool, library, curio shop and an e-mail centre. Game viewing from Chobe Chilwero is completely flexible.
